Cryptocurrency markets continue to fluctuate within a tight range, with most cryptocurrencies trending towards the lower end of their recent trading bands. Implied volatility remains subdued, close to recent lows. Given the strong correlation between cryptocurrencies and traditional markets lately, upcoming economic indicators such as PMI, the FOMC meeting, and non-farm payroll reports are expected to influence the broader crypto market's trajectory.
Among the leading cryptocurrencies, BNB displays notable resilience, trading close to its all-time high following a recent burn that removed nearly $1.2 billion worth of BNB from circulation.

Knowledge Sharing - How does Yield App manage your Dual currency position
In both traditional financial markets and the crypto market, there are some misconceptions about how financial institutions manage structured products and dual currency risks. It's important to clarify that when you trade in dual currency with Yield App, we are not betting against you.
As you may already be aware, a dual currency investment consists of two main components: earnings and options.
When you engage in a dual currency trade, approximately 80% of the notional amount is allocated to Yield App’s Earn Program, which is managed by Lucas and the very same investment team. This is one part of the Annual Percentage Yield (APY) you earn from dual currency.
The other part of your dual currency APY comes from selling options. Contrary to what some might think, we don’t hedge each option individually. Instead, we handle all our users' dual currency trades as an overall portfolio. We constantly monitor these options risks 24/7. To manage these risks effectively, we primarily use Deribit, which is the largest crypto options exchange, as well as some other major crypto exchanges. That's where we place about 20% of your notional amount as collateral for managing the options risk.
