This month saw Yield App representatives venture far and wide to attend events in different corners of the globe. Apart from Paris Blockchain Week, our team also attended the Bitcoin Miami conference from 6-9 April 2022. Here’s a recap of our time in the US and the feedback from our supporters in the region.
The crypto community has come a long way since the early days of Bitcoin adoption. The past few years have seen crypto events grow from a small group of enthusiasts to international forums bringing together thousands of like-minded digital asset participants. Today, the list of Bitcoin Miami attendees includes former presidential candidate Andrew Yang, MicroStrategy’s Chairman and CEO Michael Saylor, PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel and of course us, your very own Yield App team!

Yield App was an official sponsor of Bitcoin 2022, easily the largest digital asset conference in the world. This year’s Bitcoin Miami saw 35,000 tickets sold and around 100,000 attendees across all of its events. From 6-9 April, the Bitcoin community came together for four days of inspiring talks, shared vision and plenty of networking opportunities at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
Yield App had a solid presence at the event with a stand, visuals and a team from around the world. Naturally, attendees of Bitcoin Miami 2022 were particularly excited about our market-leading rates and auto-compounding interest on the world's largest digital asset, and we were equally thrilled to see such a tremendous turnout.

Although the event was BTC focused, we met with potential partners, investors and high value clients from across the digital asset space. As a platform that aims to create a bridge between traditional and decentralized finance, we felt particularly encouraged by the interest from mainstream financial companies. A good number of fruitful discussions were started in Miami, some of which will no doubt result in exciting outcomes.
We enjoyed the energy and drive of the other attendees, who left no stone unturned in their efforts to make connections with like-minded individuals. Our own special Yield App private cocktail party for clients and partners livened things up and was well-received by our guests. We closed off our Miami visit by attending the Crypto Polo Cup in Palm Beach, with a number of guests getting an exclusive invitation to the Yield App table.

Our presence at Bitcoin 2022 and the Paris Blockchain Week marks the start of Yield App’s participation at focused events across the world to share our vision and product offering, ensuring our message is spread to all corners of the globe.

Meanwhile, our exciting new partnership with MyReality, who will help us build the Yield App Tower at the very center of The Sandbox, will set the stage for future virtual events in the metaverse. This is just the beginning of 2022 and we are very encouraged as to what the rest of the year will bring.
