The role

Driving the continuous refinement of our CRM strategy and roadmap.

Skills & Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a dedicated CRM focused role, preferably within a high growth, fintech start-up environment.

Inherent understanding of all aspects of CRM management, customer engagement / retention and associated tools / platforms.

Knowledge of setting up email marketing and push notification campaigns.

Knowledge of customer segmentation.

Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and reporting.

Understanding of customer lifecycle and management.

Basic knowledge of designing emails and other notifications (HTML or CSS not required).

6+ years in a global Communications / PR / Brand Management role preferably with exposure to both traditional finance and investment as well as high growth fintech start-ups.

The role

Working closely with our highly experienced and knowledgeable DeFi Portfolio Management team, you will provide software development support across a variety of projects. You will play a critical role in developing a suite of tools that will:

Enable yield-earning strategies across a variety of protocols as well as the provision of liquidity on AMMs.

Interact with a variety of smart contracts across various protocols and blockchains.

Monitor both internal portfolio management and on-chain assets and provide data visualization and overall insight to the investment management team.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years’ experience in software development and proficient with JavaScript, Node.js and Python.

1 to 2 years’ experience working in web3 and smart contracts with experience with Solidity, Rust, Web3.js and / or Ethers.js.
