To participate in Angel Launchpad projects, you'll need a Yield App account and to be a Gold or Diamond tier member, or have Angel status. Angel status grants you unlimited access and no maximum pledge amounts.

Once a project is selected, it will be prominently displayed under the 'Angel Launchpad' tab on our Yield App desktop platform. We'll also announce upcoming projects on social media, through email communication, and within our community channels on Telegram and Discord

The maximum amount you can pledge depends on your Yield App tier. Gold and Diamond tiers have set limits, while Angel status allows for unlimited pledges. Each project may also have a separate maximum pledge amount.

A pledge is when you decide to allocate your USDT in exchange for future project tokens. Each project will have specific terms for an allocation. They will vary in price and vesting periods. The terms for each launch will be available to view.

The pledge period varies depending on the project's demand and allocation size. Typically, projects will be open for pledges 72 hours or longer.

If allocations are oversubscribed then you may not receive your full pledge. We will be releasing a formula before the first launchpad project goes live which will ensure all pledges will receive some allocation and distribution is fair.

Each launch will have its own unique terms and conditions. They will be visible before each launch.

All participants that make a pledge during the pledge period will have the same opportunity. There is no rush to make your pledge.

After the pledge period closes there will be a 24-48 period while our team finalizes all pledges. You will be notified once complete. USDT not subscribed at close will be available in your wallet afterwards.

Before the first project launches we will offer the ability to acquire a lifetime Angel status membership for 50,000 YLD. This will give you lifetime preferred access to all projects on the Angel Launchpad. You can also enjoy the top rates on all products with Yield App. This however will not include H1 rewards.

Yes there will be a fee paid on each launch, final details are being worked through including utilization of participation fees to repurchase YLD in the open market. Final fee structures will be announced before early access launch.

While each project will be different we aim to target total raises between $300,000 to $3 million USD in total for our community. Subject to change.
